My name is Órlaith (pronounced Or-la) and I grew up in Somerset before moving to Belfast for University. There I studied Law but throughout my degree I was heavily involved in the players society and knew I wanted to pursue a career in this industry. I moved to London in 2019 and started work at Roger Carey Associates, based in Shepperton studios. There I gained a great understanding of this side of the industry and how boutique agencies work. I wanted to continue in this field and use the skills from my degree and experience at RCA but in a new place, and moved to Independent Talent Group in 2022. Here I work in a really fast paced team who look after lots of exciting clients as well as always being on the look out for new talent
