As someone from a working-class background, Kristian takes great pride in his accomplishments as the Co-Executive Director of JAM. He holds a BA (Hons) in Acting from ArtsEd and is a Stage One Bursary recipient. Although he started his career as an actor, Kristian quickly transitioned to the other side of the industry. He began his journey as a Talent Manager's Assistant at Olivia Bell Management & then 42 M&P before becoming a Casting Assistant for Sue Needleman, Rob Kelly, and currently Andy Pryor.
